Get on a schedule
I have found that setting MULTIPLE alarms on my phone throughout the day on maximum volume starting at 6:30 AM and ending at 1:00 PM has helped train my body pain into a regular sleep routine, of getting a good nights rest no matter where I am at. If you are still "kicking the drugs or habit", you know getting all those toxins out of your body it will take a while for your body to get back on track so it is best during this time if you wake up to go ahead and force yourself to go ahead and get up instead of just laying there idly. Even if you have to lay back down later to actually go back to sleep. Because this will get your body and mind going back in a positive direction. I have also found that once some of these "toxins"and negative energy leave you are more able to venture out, be with family and friends more. Take advantage of this, it will come in even more handy recovering more of your sleep and rest of your schedule. Having to rearrange your activities, medicines, and just how you do things during the day before bed when you're are away from home will make for a lot BETTER or WORSE night. If you prepare you should have a good night, and good night's lead to great mornings in recovery because by this time you'll have already set your body to have trained it self to wake up at a decent hour... At some point you'll find yourself so upmost proud of your self you might just cry : )
