A schedule can be everything!
Getting on a good schedule can help change your whole life around, from what it used to be. This exact process is what I keep bringing myself back to and critiqueing. Being on a daily schedule not only helps me manage my health issues better, but allows me time to work on extracurricular activities such as this site and other sites I am a Webmanager for. It also had made time for me lately to get back to the job market, where I can even create a simple resume for myself and my skills.
Nicotine
I have suffered with addiction to nicotine since rehab. It is starting to wear and tear on me. Rehab got rid of all the drugs etc, even caffeine but allowed us smoke breaks still. Which I took advantage or too much. I also sadly didn't have my vaporizer during this time period. Now that I do have my vaporizer I struggle everyday with smoking a regular cigarette or not. Even just the vaporizer tires of my lungs... I must take a break from it all to fully recover I truly think.

Health and hygiene
As one improves the other does to, simple rule to always keep at hand and in mind whilst in recovery.
Motivation. . . It's key
Do not let anything nor anyone get you in the dumps. Don't let anything take your will power to say no from you, to be healthy from you. You have the right to wake up early every morning, and to tend to your disease called addiction in the right manner. By excercising, eating healthy, and finding healthy outlets to exert your energy into.

Old, But Cherished Once More. . .
Loving Elder Scrolls Online reminds me sooo much of the old days that I spent online playing World of Warcraft, wish I had more IRL friends that played EOS however. It has majorly helped ease my mind, and I would say is one of my next marks in recovery. Being able to enjoy something I used to cherish again, MMORPG's. . .

Think about whats best
You should always keep BEST intentions in mind when doing anything. It should be on your mind firs thing when you wake up. I know it was this morning for me. I have to take care of my health issues aswell as my new tattoo that I have.

Intelligence is Great, but do you always use it??
This comes out of a book from AA material I can provide if you contact me directly... " Step Two deals with mental illness. However intelligent we may have been in other respects, whenever alcohol has been involved we have been strangely insane. its stong laanGuage but its true isnt it?"...
Unnecessary Conflict
Learn what your addict tendencies are and behaviors are. Dont trust try to cause unnecessary stress or conflicts in your living space or household unless it's truly needed. Why else would you? For enjoyment? That's quite sadistic if you asked me. . ...

Get on a schedule
I have found that setting MULTIPLE alarms on my phone throughout the day on maximum volume starting at 6:30 AM and ending at 1:00 PM has helped train my body pain into a regular sleep routine, of getting a good nights rest no matter where I am at. If you are still "kicking the drugs or habit", you know getting all those toxins out of your body it will take a while for your body to get back on track so it is best during this time if you wake up to go ahead and force yourself to go ahead and get up instead of just laying there idly. Even if you have to lay back down later to actually go back to sleep. Because this will get your body and mind going back in a positive direction. I have also found that once some of these "toxins"and negative energy leave you are more able to venture out, be with family and friends more. Take advantage of this, it will come in even more handy recovering more of your sleep and rest of your schedule. Having to rearrange your activities, medicines, and just how you do things during the day before bed when you're are away from home will make for a lot BETTER or WORSE night. If you prepare you should have a good night, and good night's lead to great mornings in recovery because by this time you'll have already set your body to have trained it self to wake up at a decent hour... At some point you'll find yourself so upmost proud of your self you might just cry : )

Addicted to a relationship?
Yes it's possible. Some people aren't addicted to drugs. Or aren't limited to just that. They are addicted to a relationship with a person or persons. These addictions can be quite in depth, and quite often take on-patient therapy. Daily reality checks are needed.

Health, Rest, and Therapy.
You should make sure you take care of your health first. Medications prescribed should be taken. Food and vitamins put in the body should be watched during this time of rehab as your body and brain is healing itself back to normal. Probably more normal than ever. . .
Make sure you rest plenty during this time! But do not over sleep, your body will tell you when to get up.
Therapy helps the brain and inner self (the soul) heal. It is also an activity that you have to leave your house for.

Personal time.
Even though family time is important. VERY important, make sure to set aside ATLEAST 15 minutes to yourself if not 30 minutes or more. To do activities, excercises, or something simple like enjoy an TV show or Video game.
Family Time
Family time is the upmost important! Get it in, whenever you can. . . You will miss those closest to you when they can't no longer be here for you.

Literature NEEDED. It's a must!
In real Rehab they would usually give you a free copy of the Alcoholic's Anonymous book as well as Narcotics Anonymous.
--AA--
http://www.aa.org/pages/en_US/alcoholics-anonymous
--NA--
Can be found online for sale in regular format as well as ebook format. It really is common since and replaces acholism with drug adiction. If you're intelligent enough to know both are drug you will learn what you need from reading reading through both. I read through both in real Rehab for a 10-Day-Stay straight. That short time with these two books changed my life. . .

Busy is Good!!
Try to find things your old self (assuming your an alcoholic or drug addict and of course sex addict) wouldn't usually have been enough responsible enough to do when you were strungout. Found something yet? Let me guess, something more important, Already presented its self. No this is where us addicts of ANY catorgy fail is reorganizing ourselves, our lives, including our sleep schedule, along with daily living and exercise schedule.
Judgement, who can do it?
Where to start?
Right from wrong. . .
Take some time, go back to those simple times. The early years where you and your parents would go on what you'd look at as incredible trips, and you looked at the world as a such a small one.
At this time we know innocence at its best. Wanting to befriend the unknown, hangout with people your age, and to have a good time in general. If we can just hold on to that innocence we can TRY our best to rekindle our FULL innocent behavior we had as a Child.
Finally you will see the light AGAIN, or for some maybe the first time at all. Clearly and you will be able to judge for yourself what is right or wrong in life. No matter the Painstaking Nor the Heartaches drugs Nor alcohol will fix it.

What really is addiction?
People can be addicted to many things, almost anything I'd say. It could be one precise object/item/habit or multiple ones. The habit or habits could be simple or they could be intricate. Simple everyday things like chewing gum, candy and caffiene (especially for minors). Further for the more matured human sex could be a most addictive behavior in tween years, and can be quite confusing despite being a teen or an adult.
